Frank Grossi

Operating Partner Emeritus

With extensive consumer products expertise and experience, Frank has led strategic consulting engagements for many of the world’s leading retailers and manufacturers. He is currently Chairman and CEO of The Partnering Group, where he serves on numerous consumer products committees and boards, contributing to the development of collaborative and innovative industry practices. As part of his consulting career, Frank has been responsible for TPG’s retail and manufacturer practices while leading more than four hundred client engagements within almost every consumer products sector throughout the world. 

Frank is considered one of the world’s leading experts in demand creation and is the principal author of several industry best practice publications including: Category Management, Efficient Assortment, Advanced Category Management, Building Organizational Capability and Delivering Consumer Solutions and Beyond Foodservice…How Consumers View Meals. He joined The Partnering Group from Procter & Gamble, where he held several management positions within the market development organization in North America.
